Nikki is a Tax Director in the Tax Department of the Roseville office of Olsen Thielen. She works primarily with individuals to provide planning for both year-end and upcoming large transactions but has experience with many different types of taxable entities.
Experience
- Small business tax experience with both C and S corporations, including tax planning for individual shareholders
- Assists with property transactions, including depreciation and like-kind exchanges
- Assists with multi-state taxation issues
- Additional experience in individual income tax, fiduciary income tax, bookkeeping, and other current taxation issues
